Shvil hikers, welcome

You've walked a lot of kilometres today. A shower, a place to sleep, a cup of tea and a smile are waiting for you here.

A warm home on the way south

A quiet stop between the lowlands and the desert

Zaak Farm is on the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel's trail angel list, in the section between Moshav Mata and Be'er Sheva.

Dudi and Esther host hikers crossing the country on foot, because anyone who walks the trail knows how much a good place to rest is worth. A shower, a simple meal in the kitchenette, a sunset over the hills and a deep sleep in the tent before you carry on south.

The farm is about 2 km off the trail, near Lahav Forest.
